Dr HB Prinsloo consulting started quite serendipitously* on the 1st of December 2006 and within its first 2 years of operation we have been fortunate to work on long term and ad hoc projects with a staff compliment of 5 (and a group of 15 carefully selected ad-hoc) SAP Continuous Business Improvement (CBI), Change Management and Training Consultants on a variety of SAP CBI, change and training projects.

Dr HB Prinsloo consulting have made a name in the market as SAP CBI, Change and Training specialists (notably in the Organisational Development and SAP ERP space) that has the ability to deliver practical and value adding results and solutions under less than perfect organisational and project conditions.

Our unique home grown combination Gestalt-Behaviourist approach provides a methodological basis that can bridge the gap between global best practice implementation methodologies and the unique multi-national, multi-skilled, multi-lingual and multi-cultural environments in which we are tasked to deliver effective and lasting CBI, change and training solutions.

Our approach bridges the gap between the scientific practice and intangible artisanship of our CBI, change management and training work, which can be best described in the words of Louis de Bernieres as both an art and a fortunate accident.

*My favourite definition of Serendipity is the looking in a haystack for a needle and discovering a farmer's daughter in stead of the needle!
