We do this by continuously communicating (workshops / exercises / games, etc.) with the individuals affected, helping them to prepare themselves psychologically. Individuals are then able to change and restore their balance and productivity.
Change Management plays an important role in training. It is the forerunner to training, helping people to participate in the training sessions and take responsibility for their learning.
Knowledge transfer is a process that requires participation, repetition/revision and evaluation. End user classroom training offers the opportunity for demonstration and active participation (people learn by doing and they learn from each other). Trainees leave the classroom knowing where to source the support material; we advise the client of the most cost effective options in terms creating and maintaining a blended learning solution (i.e. paper-based, web-based, online on a shared drive or on the organisations’ intranet).
